As a leading industrial heater manufacturer, Shinnetsu has been committed to the research and development of electric heaters and improvement of their production technology since its establishment in October 1982. With the development of new materials and rapid advances in both special processing and heat management technologies, industrial heaters have recently become available for use in specific areas where it has been difficult to apply conventional industrial heaters. Today they are widely used in various industrial fields, both directly and indirectly. We are devoting our efforts to the development and improvement of irradiation and heat management technologies as well as processing technologies for electric heating elements by identifying usersf needs in such areas as liquid crystals, semiconductors, vacuum systems, medicine, physics and chemistry, foodstuffs, air-conditioning systems, nuclear power, the environment, fuel cells, and biotechnology. As the 21st century unfolds, we will develop an ISO 9001-based quality management system and continue to place top priority on satisfying our customersf requirements. We will also continue to contribute to society through close collaboration with areas of application of new materials and peripheral technologies, following our corporate philosophy of creating rich natural and social environments with the emphasis on people.
